Thanks for the welcome! I have no idea why they're made of aluminum, it didn't make sense to me knowing how much abuse the action bars get on range day. I won't be buying that junk, i did find one that is made of steel. Thanks for the input, much appreciated!

Hello all! I want to buy and install a new fore end on 88 and came across the some on ebay. I asked the sellers what the action bars are made and most of them said aluminum... I can't imagine aluminum action bars being as durable as steel. Any one have any experience with aluminum action bars...
