As you know, I had a problem with the OpSol adapter coming loose from the receiver. I've modified the adapter so it will be tighter in place so it stays put. I used two pieces of 1/32" rubber sheet to fill in the slots of the two arms that hold the adapter in place. The pieces do not go to the top of the slots but about even with the bottom of the locking lugs of the adapter so the lugs can be pushed in to clear the receiver as I install the adapter. The adapter now is quite snug in place and I'm not worried about it coming loose. The three photos show what I did. I used a small amount of adhesive to hold the pieces in place.
