The list of wants in this bill is un real. At least they are showing their true colors after all these years. From the link:
HF 3022 is now in the Legislature

gun
– Permit required to buy a gun
– Permit required to sell a gun
– Local law enforcement gets to deny all types of
gun permits
– Local law enforcement gets to deny permits to carry
– Personal medical information must be shared with law enforcement
– All
firearm transfers must be reported
– All guns must be registered (fees set by local law enforcement)
– Registration must be renewed annually
– Local law enforcement may conduct warrantless “safety inspections” of
gun owner’s homes
– Local law enforcement sets “safe
storage” policies
– Five day waiting period for all transfers
– Transfers must be done through an FFL (even between private parties)
– Fees may be charged for transfers
– Local law enforcement may conduct background investigation on transfers

Almost forgot an important thing —
HF 3022 would also make gun owner private data public. This would include:
Number and type of
guns you own
Your address

Should be no surprise if this guy doesn't get re-elected.

If it were to pass they would then have to either hire a lot of folks to enforce the law, and or create a new government agency to oversee it. Either way, more taxes and more government. At the very least lawsuits would be filed resulting in courts being tied up even more. Just another example of liberals creating more control of people and more messes.

Warrantless inspections of people's homes?

I guess they'll get to put on those little armbands huh?

I mean they will need to have some kind of uniform that tells people they are warrantless house inspectors and not just scam artists looking to case a potential burglary site.

I'm trying to get an idea about what a Minnesota Nazi would look like. You see, when I lived there they were about 20 years behind the fashions in California. And from what I understand things haven't changed all that much.

Apparently they lost their copy of the constitution in a deep drift. Probably not a snow drift.
