Good morning

Good morning everyone. Cloudy with ran forecast here off and on for the next couple of days.

I had a 1953 Dodge B4 pickup back in the 90s. Had it for 10 years and drove it to farm sales. I put 10,000 miles on it in the 10 years. Loved that old truck

Everyone and their brother claims the virus started in China. When Trump says the same thing he becomes a racist. To the left and the news media, if you don't agree with them they feel the need to label you.

I know it is hard for some to figure out, but the UK is separated from the EU by water. Hence, folks can't travel as freely to the UK as they can around the EU and come in contact with people and spread the virus.

It's a 30 day travel restriction which should actually help slow the spread of the virus around the world.

Have a great day and be safe.

meanstreak.. in case you have missed it :)

Good Morning from the slightly overcast SJ Valley. It appears that we will get some rain today, but no telling how much.

So far no panic here but I see a Chinese rumor that the US Army started this virus. If 90% of the deaths turn out to be asian, they may well be believed.

Meanwhile AOC claims "Voter Supression" due to long lines cost Sanders the Michigan vote. She cried there were "three hour" long lines to vote, and people were walking away. She doesn't realize those long lines were due to cross-registered republicans voting for Bernie, just to screw with Biden. Young socialists are turning out in very low numbers so far. I think their major supression is self-depression.

I was going to work on the boat today, but not too sure.
This video cheered me up a bit.

This guy Rocks. Obama put him in prison for some very minor election funding technicality (he loaned money to a friend seeking election) after he wrote a book debasing Obama. He revealed that the Obama campaign paid fines for much bigger campaign finance violations, but Obama never went to jail.

Dinesh did, until pardoned by the president.

I've been working up some ideas for the '47 Plymouth. They never made a roadster, and the convertibles they did make were quite ugly, heavy, complicated, and expensive.

The car in 1984, when purchased.

As of today.

In my head. (This is a pic of someone else's car, that I diddled in Paint-3D, to show some radical mods.)

Ok. I'm up. well, I've been up since 4am. Burl woke me up to go pee. thanks dog.
Does everyone have enough tp for the ongoing festivities? man people are such sheep. ok...enough of that...
I have a busy day ahead of me outside. Very important stuff guys....
There's frogs in our stream, and I need to catch them after breakfast. So says my grandson.
I have a net to fix first. It has some holes in it I need to sew up. so, if you need me, that's where I'll be.

I never figured out how to actually fix a net. All a net is, is a bunch of holes sewed together. :gimme5:

Corona virus cases in Sweden have risen to 954 ( 125 just today ) and 2 dead ( 3:18 PM )

Hope you all will have a fantastic day / weekend

Good morning everyone. Rain and mid 40s this morning.

Fellman, the tunnel did skip by me. It really is not something I think of often. That would not be too hard to regulate in itself.

Anyways, you all have a great day and be safe.

Just pull the drain plug on the Chunnel and let it fill up. No problem!

That blue Plymouth P15 is the same as my club coupe. It belongs to MrWStorey at the P15-D24 club. It actually looks like this, except he painted out the "B" post to make it look like a hardtop.

His car has been lowered with Dodge Dakota wheels and Jeep rear axle. It has not been channeled over the frame, and mine probably will be, as I must remove a lot of rusty floor to pull the firewall back. This would mean re-working all the body mounts, so I am considering just making it a unit body. By welding the whole frame into the floor pan, and joining to the door posts, plus raising the door sills considerably, I can create a step-down unit-body like Hudson. The nose can tilt forward on it's own light gage frame.

BTW, Good Morning Mossberg Owners.

My wife hoards TP in the best of times, so the local shelves are empty, but we have at least 10 rolls just in my bathroom. I think TP will be back on the shelves Monday, but like the market, there will be another bounce. We're fixed for a couple weeks minimum.

I buy the yellow shop towels at costco and my wife steals them to clean the house. If we run out of TP she can wipe with real imported Chinese polyester microfiber.

My guppies and mollies are breeding out of control, and Felix the Oscar isn't eating them very fast. I distributed them to all the other tanks, and at least the fry are mostly being eaten.

Your coronavirus problems are solved, Cadd. Just eat Felix first then you will have plenty of Mollies for snacks to hold you thru the famine.
Good prep!

Corona virus cases in Sweden have risen to 1024 ( 57 just today ) and 3 dead ( 5:10 PM )
Hockey playoffs are cancelled. End of season. No winner...

We have more cases, 3000 I think was the last number I heard, and 57 deaths. Most, if not all, are people with other serious issues. Respiratory disease in the elderly seems to be mentioned often.

Most events have been cancelled. Over here one has to follow the leader or suffer on social media.

Typical flu event the past 10 years in the USA...

30,000,000-40,000,000 sick, 300,000 or so hospitalized, and between 29,000 (low) and 69,000 deaths. Those are large numbers, even in a country with 330,000,000 people living within it's borders. And, that is with vaccinations and therapeutics available.

No panic here over the flu though.

Good morning all. A rainy Monday morning in northeast Oklahoma with 45 degrees. Looks like a cool wet week is in store for us.

No shooting, motorcycling, or yard work till the weather gets better. I do have a couple of books to read. Perhaps this is the time for that.

You all have a great day and be safe.

I have appointments scheduled this month and next month in Iowa City VA. I was advised to reschedule. Johnson County IA is said to be a hotspot now so I will stay here and go fishin if it warms up a little. If i need groceries, as disgusting as some people thnk this is, I will call Wal Mart and order up a few groceries, and then pick them up in the parking lot. They offer the service so it sounds like a safer bet to me.

Be safe.

To make the club coupe into a roadster, I will have to make internal sheetmetal reinforcements. If anybody thinks this looks complicated, go watch "Project Binky" on Youtube. My job will be a cakewalk by comparison. I don't want doors, but my wife keeps refusing to climb over the fender. I'm planning one door, and smaller than stock by quite a lot.
