No, I haven't even seen one like you're referring to.
Many times, manufacturers give out advertising stuff to stocking dealers to promote their products, so that's likely where they got theirs at too.
You could try gunbroker and ebay too. Lots of marketing stuff shows up there occasionally.
When I had my FFL's, I had a bunch of dealer only advertising. Mostly stickers and placemats for the sales counters, but I seldom ever would block the view of the merch in the counters so those always got tossed in the back. Only one I still have left is an old bushmaster placemat from the ban years. I have a bunch of stocking dealer stickers though. Sig. Olympic. Etc.
