Ok so please hold off on all of the gun jokes about California for a bit.

Wanted to join this site to get a little insight on a few things and speak with some fellow shooters. I've browsed a few of the threads and you guys are great. A lot of feedback and pictures. Even videos, Nice!

Just purchased my first 500 and am already looking into some mods. My wife and I are avid shooters and love it. We were looking to grow our collection with a Mossberg 500 and also use it for HD.

Glad you're liking the site. We've got a great group of folks here on Mossberg Owners and the atmosphere is very laid back. The only thing we like better than discussing each other's guns is lookin at 'em, so be sure to post pics of your 500 and any other firearms you own in the various sub-forums. You'll find that we're into a lot more than just Mossberg around here. Let us know if you have any questions.
