4x4 mount height

im looking at getting a 1 peice monut on my 4x4 and noticed on one of the reviews on youtube the guy had indicated that you get high rings because of the interferance of the bolt hand with the scope.

Just wondering what height others have used on there 4x4.

I was leaning towards one of these in a medium height.

going to be putting a vortex diamond back on the rifle 3x9x40
 
I use medium height rings on mine. I just ordered a dnz one price mount that is supposed to come in on Wednesday so ill get some pictures eventually. The are some of my old setup with medium rings in my build. (Link in signature).
