Our contact form has been getting trapped in our own spam filters lately, usually when it has an invalid 'from' email address or there is a duplicate of the message from a double-click on the send. It also is more likely to send the contact form entry to spam if there are multiples from the same...
Our apologies for not getting back to you. Our contact form has been getting trapped in our own spam filters lately, usually when it has an invalid 'from' email address or there is a duplicate of the message from a double-click on the send. We PM'd an answer to your inbox here rather than rely...
The shell stop mechanism as a whole is backwards compatible. Some 940s are now coming with the 930 style shell stop assembly that is not drilled/tapped. Most of the hunting and field models are being shipped without larger bolt releases now. In these cases, our 930 Enhanced Bolt Release will...
Another possibility is the 'slide' under the bolt isn't going fully forward. This happens when the piston rings are gummed up and the force isn't there when the bolt closes to fully push the piston forward. The bolt will not lock when this happens. The trigger can still be pulled, but the firing...
If there is an importer able to work with us in bulk, the situation may change. We simply haven't had the staff or inventory to pursue this.
Thanks!

We are not currently taking any International orders or domestic processing with foreign payment. Shipping has been a mess Internationally, and with the current political climate we can't get confirmation on what we can send outside of the US. We have been on pause Internationally for a while...
The Marine Blue (Competition) MST works fine with all 2.75" loads, including buckshot and slugs. You will want the Storm Gray (Multi-Use) if you plan to run 3" loads.
The Field Fit should be back in stock soon. We are awaiting an anodizing run that is delayed a bit by staff getting back from...
We are absolutely still in business. Our contact form and spam filters can be picky about addresses and domains it lets through due to an influx of bot traffic, but we can always be reached here if you need another way to contact us. We're a bit short staffed as we have a lot going on in the...
Sorry for the delay. We don't always get the notifications of new messages and just happened to notice this one.
We do have the Field ASR back on the site as a stand-alone part, available in Sunset Orange.

Thanks!
Sorry we missed this post until now.
We've halted International sales for now as we're having difficulties keeping near enough stock to handle domestic orders and reliable International shipping has become somewhat of a lost cause lately. We've had packages simply disappearing from the system...
The further the ASR is pushed into the recoil tube from the back, the higher the pre-load and the higher powered loads you can run. Now that we've confirmed the proper direction to move things to increase/decrease the pre-load on the spring we can address the amount each position adjusts.
The...
It required some effort to get it to fully seat over the action slide. Maybe some more pictures will help you verify that you've got everything seated.
Again, we don't have the heat shield version to check, but the above should help with measurements.

We had no problems installing the Magpul forearm on our 590m that DIDN'T have the heat shield. The included Magpul insert for the 590A1 should work with your 590m unless Mossberg changed something since we acquired the two we have in-house. The heat shield interference may be another story...
Agreed, the bolt release should perform ONLY that job. This is why our Enhanced Bolt Release has an overtravel stop built into it. This was to minimize the possibility of activating the 'quick unload' feature of the 930 and the resulting double-feed that occurs. It's a simple fix, once you...
We have yet another 940 JM PRO awaiting the overwhelmed Oregon background check process (of over 2 weeks, where it was once 20 minutes). This 940 will be 'sacrificial' in nature and donating a great many of its organs to science.
If we can get our hands on 940 pushers in bulk we will have a...
We have had our hands on 3 Mossberg 940 shotguns for a while now and have a couple of upgrades ready to go.
It's no secret to 3-Gunners that the OR3GUN line of competition 930 parts served as inspiration for Mossberg's 940 JM Pro. While the 940 is a vast improvement over a factory 930, there is...
It has been replaced by the 940 JM PRO and is no longer in the Mossberg catalog. There used to be a few available at the usual online dealers and distributors, but the events of 2020 thus far have largely cleaned them out. You might watch for one on Gunbroker, but with Jerry's name on the new...
The pusher assembly is narrower and longer, so it can fit under the new forearm profile.
It could be used with the 930 in conjunction with a shorter spacer tube. The spacer tube can't be the same length as the 940 though, due to the piston length.
The 940 piston is a bit shorter (~ 1/8") than the 930s. It also still incorporates in internal ring, unlike the SBE piston. While the receiver and magazine tube is essentially the same on the 940, none of the internals forward of it are. That said, you CAN place the entire 930 front end...
Do you know exactly how far the bolt is from full travel? Our Field ASR/CSP will get you about .35" more travel in the lighter position.
You certainly wouldn't be able to run 3.5" loads, but depending on the Urbino spring weight you may get away with 3". If it still doesn't have enough...
