I currently use oil but I wanted to see if anyone had different results using "not so conventional means".

It's just a high grade candle wax. There is no additives.

Now, arctic white with grey netting graphics might look cool. Have to keep that in mind.

It's actually just desert tan spray paint. I have not worn it down yet. I like the battle worn look. It was still work to strip and paint.

Being in the desert with all the dirt and dust, I am toying with testing wax for my action. Anyone that has experience with paraffin wax and shotguns, please let me know your findings. I use it with all my chains and gears for cycles with awesome success.

Yea, I'm going to do away with the PG. I want to swap it with a nice composite stock soon.
