The thickness of the barrel at the muzzle measures in at 5/8" which would be .625 so theoretically it would be more than enough to thread. Correct?

I've measured the muzzle on the MVP "sporter" with a micrometer and it comes in at 5/8" at the very tip. The "Medium Bull Barrel" measures at 3/4" at the very tip so it apparently isn't that thick of a barrel, and the difference if any I would imagine between the Mossberg stock sporter and med...
