Any opinions on Black Cloud?

I haven't shot these rounds yet because I was told they would blow the chamber out of my gun. Has anyone used them and if so are they really any better than any other round?

I have not had the chance to shoot the Black Cloud rounds yet but its on the to do list.

I have heard of there being some issues, but no clue what it was all about. There is a FliteControl load for it though, I think...

The issues seem to be all based around one lot of Snow Goose rounds. The warning at http://www.blackcloudammo.com/downloads/pdf/Snow_Goose_Warning.pdf says it all lol
These are also the same rounds that have the FliteControl along with the FlightStopper steel shots :twisted: unfortunately regardless of how good they are, a box of 25 rounds is looking like it's around $22. I may have to try these come next season because if they do add 10-15% distance and that tight of a pattern I'll shoot way more than all of my buddies shooting Remington Sportsman Hi-Speed out of stock 870s

Right on! I may have to get some for bird season! Though I'd rather have plated shot vs. the steel.
