anyone selling Cut Foregrip railcover

If anyone is selling a cut foregrip railcover then i am willing to buy it. I want the railcover to be the exact size of the "flat top" model. I currently have no tools and can't do it myself. If anyone is located near san francisco, and can cut my carry handle aswell then please contact me.
