I'm looking to get a 715, and trying to decide whether I want the model that comes with open sights, or the one with the red dot. I saw on 715taccessories.com see-thru scope mounts, and I like the idea of getting the rifle with open sights then adding optics later on, while still maintaining the use of sights.
I'm just curious if anyone had used these (there were no reviews on the site), or similar types of see-thru mounts, and what your opinions/experience have been?
