bnib 590A1 class 3 canted front sight

So I get the first one in canada on the recent shipment, so excited to show it off. I get the gun from the dealer, rush home and when I inspect it sure enough the front sight is canted.
When I got the gun I was curious as to why the rear sight aperture was all the way to the left. In this position the barrel front sight post lines up with the receiver aperture. Which is unexceptable.

Do I now have to deal with mossberg warranty. Or is it possible my gunsmith friend could remove the front sight and reinstall it ?

It's not major but it's enough to be incorrectly installed .... the only way it lines up is if the rear sight is all the way to the left

They might send you a replacement barrel. Contact Wolverine.

Another option is add a red dot. Are you doing competition with it?

It'll be returned and a new one issued im happy with the outcome.
