California ban on high capacity magazines struck down

About time the court acted!

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday struck down California’s ban on high-capacity magazines on the basis that its restrictions violate the Second Amendment -- noting that it would criminalize half the magazines in the U.S.

That is certainly good news!

Trump has appointed a lot of judges across the country. This does include in kalifornia so I hope that it is doing them so good giving them some relief because the government of kalifornia has gotten so bad, that not unlike other states that have been embracing socialism, there are a lot of people leaving those states in droves and those states are going to be begging and clamoring for federal help before they know it. The can has been kicked down the road for so long, that the democrats are about to make a complete lap and their improprieties are catching up to a lot of them already.

The left always screams to the media about weapons of war, assault rifles, high capacity magazines, and whatever other bs they can conjure up.

The founding fathers had weapons comparable to the British army at the time. What they didn't have blacksmiths could make. It only makes since that the 2nd absolutely includes the weapons they want to ban, and most likely many that are already banned. They wanted the citizens to have the capability to overthrow a tyrannical government if necessary.

The primary means for the government (the Democrats) to disarm the citizenry has been the courts. They want Trump out because he will appoint more conservative judges that enforce the constitution.

The founders were very intelligent men.

If the founders had meant to write and adopt:

“A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Muskets, shall not be infringed.”

I'm sure that's what they would've wrote and adopted.

But they used the word ARMS to include ANY and ALL weapons.

Like I said; very intelligent men.

Unlike the idiots who are constantly trying to weaken America for varying and numerous ill-intentioned reasons.

There were even private individuals who joined the militia that had cannons, naval ships, and forges that could make the ARMS that were included in the blanket statement to mean all of them.
