Introducing the new Mossberg® 935 Magnum™ semi-automatic 3-1/2” shotgun. Built from the rock-solid foundation of the Mossberg 835® pump action — the original 3-1/2” shotgun — the 935™ is an impressive performer to say the least. Built to handle the hardest hitting 3” & 3-1/2” payloads — this is a shotgun that doesn’t hold back on features either. Just shoulder the 935™ and you immediately appreciate the seamless integration of stock and forearm to receiver. A receiver, it should be noted, that is painstakingly set at a perfect angle to generate instant eye-rib alignment for rapid target acquisition. You’ll appreciate as well the fiber optic sights on both waterfowl and turkey models when used in low-light conditions and the magazine quick-unload button for when the day is done. But make no mistake, the 935™ is not about collecting compliments mounted on the wall. It’s about filling a game bag. With a new self-regulating gas system that vents excess gasses to aid in recoil reduction while eliminating stress on critical operating systems, that’s exactly what it’s set out to do.
The Latest In Hi-Tech Concealment

The 935 Magnum™ is available in a variety of the latest hi-definition camo patterns to blend into your favorite hunting location. Patterns include — Mossy Oak® New Break-Up® and Shadow Grass®, Advantage® Max-4™ and Realtee® Hardwoods® HD Green, all specially developed to conceal you from prying eyes.

Hello,
I just saw a new add in my waterfowler magazine for the 935. Besides handling the 3 & 3.5 mags it also says it handles the 2&3/4 loads.

But I see no one mentioning it.

I almost bought a 930 last year for a all round gun and especially for turkey hunting. But the reviews said it was not made for the lighter loads. Could shoot them but not eject them. So I bought a 835 turkey gun. And I love it. Had it 2 years and killed 6 Toms.

If the 935 can handle the light loads I might buy another Mossy. Please give me some feed back.

hi i have both, the 935 has some trouble cycling the 2.3/4 target loads the 930 not a problem.

wally world 100 value packs from Remmington, Federal and Winchester just target loads for clayshooting

I assume you have done a full tear down, cleaning and lube?

I was thinking that the 935 was an auto loader. I think walmarts had one mislabeled today cuz they had a black pump with a 20 inch barrel labled as a 935.

The 935 is designed for 3" and 3.5" eventhough I have read that most people can shoot 2.75" once they fire about a box or 2 of 3.5" through it.

I own both a 935 and a 930. I have put around 20000 rounds through my 930 and around 2000 rounds through my 935. They are both great guns. I have no problems shooting light loads through my 935 as long as I clean it each time I use it.

over time from shooting 3in an 3 1/2 shells its getting better at cycling 2 3/4 loads . but still not perfect . the higher velocity heavyer 2 3/4 shells are great but as far as the cheep value 100 rd packs .... no so great . a jam out of every 3-6 rounds . somtimes sooner or later .
