This is a Winchester Super-X 110 grain .357 Mag, metal jacketed hollow point, from a 50 round white box.
Fortunately the swelling in the middle of the case prevented this round from going all the way into the chamber.
When I pulled the slug out with a pliers, a second slug was found pressed in below it.
This is the first time I've ever seen this happen, but it's only one in a number of Winchester ammunition blunders I've seen recently.
Anyhow I picked up 12 more boxes of ammo, but this time it's all Remington.
