Hi guys,
I'm new here but not new to shotguns. I'm a LEO in Missouri and I recently bought a 590 and installed a few things on her. I shot her yesterday before this winter storm hit and while cleaning it today I noticed the nut that screws down holding the forend onto the tube there is a good amount of threads exposed. Probably a quarter of an inch. Is this normal for that tri rail. I know a few of y'all have installed this forend and hopefully it's normal. By the way I have the 590 20 inch barrel. Ill try and post up a pic here in a min
Thank you
