flappy ears grounded nasa years ago. So, he deserves the credit for weakening our global footprint (and outer space footprint).

In that time, the USA has taken a back seat to Russia, Chinese, and even north korea has put one of their satellites in space Dec. 2012 since then. And don't forget space x, which, while an American company, has little to nothing to do with nasa.
