My general shooter decked out with an aftermarket scout rail and SEI compensator for reaching out and touching someone as my eyes are a little fuzzy past 200 yards:

lol, how else is post count supposed to escalate ?
nice rifles, thanks for not posting a Mosin..
Yea...I'm a real post whore !!
That's a big ole' bayonet!
A little Tiger Stripe action on the stock, of course the UHG and the bayonet wood don't match the stock. Not going to mess with it though, just oil her up.
Anyone know what kind of wood the Czech's used on the VZ24's?
I do believe that most of the photobucket pics are not showing up. they must be having issues this evening.
But the guns I do see in this thread, are all really good looking surplus rifles for sure.
1944 Inland Mfg./General Motors U.S. Carbine
1942 Springfield Armory U.S. Rifle
2014 Springfield Armory M1A Scout Squad
I know the scout isn't surplus, but it looks good in the photo...
Uncle Sam's Firearms, down the road here, has one of these in .32 cal, but I didn't buy it because the single mag it came with wasn't OEM.
My Yugo M48 has been cleaned of cosmoline, stock sweated of cosmo, stripped and (lightly sanded, keeping all flaws) re-oiled with BLO. Very happy with the results. Czech VZ24's cleaning rod and bayonet fit perfectly (and match too).
