Kinda pricey to prevent slippage
I don't need the flashlight mount rail just something to prevent it sliding.

Gonna test it out tommorow and hope the heavy duty 3m prevents the slip.

Yeah, it is but it works and adds some beef to the barrel / magazine structure.

Looks like the 1"x1" piece of 3M double sided at the front of the heat shield added the necessary grip-tion needed.

Good deal! Saves you from spending the extra bucks on a physical brace to stop slippage like I did.

My maverick now sports the 18.5 barrel has a choke in it and soon to have some new goodies for it will have pics when finished

Update Finished it now has the ati brand talon pistol grip and flashlight mounted.

Bought it from Mossberg Themselves, I paid a little more then $70 for it.. Works perfectly! Shot a 3" buckshot the other day and had almost no recoil if any.. Compared to stock

I made the mistake by shooting a 3" shell using a pistol grip when i first got the 88 still feeling the pain lol
