Mossberg 590A1 Magpul Edition Magazine Question

I'm back to Mossberg again after trying out a few other options. Question: The Mossberg 590A1 Magpul Edition appears to have the maximum length magazine without it extending past the end of the barrel. Are there any other extended mag options for it that would increase capacity without pushing it past the barrel? Thanks.

Not that I’ve seen. You could consider the 12 gauge mini shells that put more rounds in the existing tube.
There are the stick magazine alternatives out there as well.

For the 590A1, no. For the 590M, yes.
For me, the 590A1´s 8+1 is good enough ..or 7+1 depending on length of shell

Thanks guys, I know you are right, just thought I'd ask. I guess you could always throw an extended mag that takes the mag tube past the end of the barrel, but that just strikes me as, well, idiotic on a tactical/HD/combat shotgun. I can see why the gun competitors do it thought. Appreciate the input and cheers to all and happy holidays.
