Mossberg 715T Magazines and Mag Troubleshooting

Finding them is my problem.

My 25 rnd mag does the same thing every one else's does. Is there any true fix to this thing? I have the follower super glued to the spring and I'm using a toothpick to help get all 25 rnds in and sometimes its still hard. But worst of all the gun keeps jamming up. I look inside and see the shell stuck inside any help with this?

Not unloading properly. Causing the gun to jam. A lot...

Here is a simple and almost fool proof way. I don't know why everyone is glueing the follower to the spring its supposed to free float. Anyways take it apart and use 1200 grit sandpaper to round over the edges on the follower and to polish the follower and mouth of the mag. This has worked on the last two I have worked on. One of which I did today.
