The owner of the Bagel King is actually a CCDL member
The cop may be a great guy, but so am I and I would have been arrested.
 
Kudos for being out there trying to make a difference and the hat was the cherry on top. Let us know how this turns out although it won't surprise me if he is let off without a charge.

Couldn't agree with you more. Connecticut is definitely a state of double standards. I guess since I am a professional firefighter, it's okay for me to play with matches around flammable objects. The old adage was at work. Common sense wasn't so common that day.

Once I buy a hat I will post a pic. ;)
