Mossberg Serial Number Data Base

well, per the list so far I can figure that my mossy is either a late 73 or an early 74. better than not knowing at all. starting to think that my 500at is a police model as it also has a thin plastic butt plate. read that it was not in their catalog but geared towards police depts. I doubt mine was ever used by the police as its in just way to good a shape.

Recently, I acquired a 800A ~ 14XXX. My guess this is a very early 800A as it has the stock with the whitetail deer cut into the checkering.
I bought a NIB 800A in 1970, mid year, 130XXX. It had the plain checkering on the stock.

Also have a 695 12 Ga Slug Gun ~ M150XXX. I know less about it. I bought it NIB but old stock two years ago but got rid of the box as it was very worn.

Finally found this thread, sorry about the delay. I know you asked a while back for this.

M930 SPX Blackwater serial number AF159×××.

Again, sorry for the delay.

We are getting together a Mossberg serial number data base. I know there are a lot of members wanting to know the date of their Mossberg's without the hassle of calling Mossberg or Havlin.

We need member input for this to work. We are asking for the first few digits of you serial #, (A123xxx)and any info you have on the gun.(box label,,date bought)
