love my new mossberg, here's my sling choice.
Looks GREAT !!!
Beautiful. You have some serious cash tied up in that shotgun and sling.
but well worth it,thankyou
Compliments that weapon perfectly! Well done!
Nice rig ya got there Frankie.
the thing about choosing a sling for wood furniture for me is the color matching, the same color leather always compliments the wood furniture, for my Benellis since there black its easy, black,,,,slings are fascinating because of there combos with the swivels, studs etc,how it all goes together is very cool.
Looks great!! That's a really nice looking good sling. Try a Limbsaver recoil pad if you plan on shooting buck or slugs.
thank you, limb saver is next, any suggestions on model # would be appreciated.
From their website.
You don't need a Limbsaver if you avoid bench rest shooting.
Standing, kneeling and sitting you can roll with the recoil and a Limbsaver is TOTALLY unnecessary.
thanks,,I took the measurements and came up with the model #10201,even for wood stocks, gonna get one soon, then I'll show ya,thanks again.
all my Benellis have limb savers, even my panzer arms ar 12 has a slip over,,they really do help, thanks anyways
Oh I agree they DO help. I merely commented that they were not NECESSARY.
Get a grind to fit pad.
Belt sander will hog it down to exactly the right fit.
Plenty of videos on YouTube to show how.
Then you get the satisfaction of making it fit yourself instead of buying a bolt on accessory
