Oh this won't be my first time there.... my job school was in Yorktown, spent 11 weeks in that area
My inlaws are in Adams TN is this anywhere near that?
Nice Pics LES! I am unbelievably envious of that range.
Thanks Mike, we're definitely proud of it...
Looks like Adams, TN is about an hour and a half drive from the range. Not too bad...
The hits just keep on coming with this place.
Got an e-mail today that they have just completed a shotgun 5-Stand range. It'll be open this weekend and I can't wait to bust up some clays.
Now you're definitely gonna have to come check it out next time you're down here...
Ya looks like I am traveling to TN with my guns again in the future!
@LAZY EYED SNIPER is SE taking memberships still or are they full. I live in the Nashville area and need an outdoor range to join.
Last I heard new membership was still open and they do show new member sign ups on the calendar. Looks like they're taking applications this Saturday beginning @ 1pm and Sunday @ 12pm...
You can give them a call to check it out, ask for Tony...
Here's an online copy of the membership application so you can have it filled out when you decide to head out there...
Look forward to seeing you out there. What part of town are you in?
Thanks for the info. I live in the Hermitage side of town. I have a membership at the Nrange for indoor, but need to spead my legs some and reachout a bit.
I hear you on that.
You'll be able to reach out to 500yd once you become a member. The long range deck, 600-1250yd, requires taking a long range qualifier course before you have access. It's a free classroom only course and is well worth the time, even if you don't plan on reaching out that far yet. Lots of good people out there too that are fun to shoot with...
The club I've joined has a great array of facilities and attracts the best sanctioned events in the region - BUT the one shortcoming is that the longest ranges are 100 yds with no real hope of expanding that (even on 105 acres).
The nearest long range (600 yds) is over an hour away and I've used up my guest status except for sanctioned matches. ( not on that range)
Membership is high and I can only really afford one club (+ the YMCA!).
Whine over - I love the ARPC.
I see they have a long distance $100 membership for us folks that are >75 miles from the club. I may try that. You still a member?
Yes Sir I am.
Been a while since I've been out there though. Just had our first child this Wednesday, so the ammo fund has been diverted elsewhere for the past few months. It's a top notch facility and all the members I've met are good people...
Congratulations to you and your wife. I know that can bring a rearrangement of priorities. You will find a suitable balance in time.
right on dude
I am coming out to shoot .......well my wife's Dad lives there......but I'm coming to shoot man
Lemme know when you head out this way and we'll get together to send a few down range...
