Pennsylvania Gun Laws

STATE CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISION - Article 1, Section 21. { predates Bill of Rights 2nd Amendment }

In California it varies. In our county the sheriff is issuing permits regularly. In SanFrancisco no ordinary citizen has hope of a permit.
