Yeah, too spendy but PA was having a Cyber Monday bundle with the SB15 and it just couldn’t be

passed up

If you decide to drop the bucks on this set up, its top quality and in my opinion the best Sig Brace solution going as it mitigates any twist, side to side movement or forward movement.

I would feel 100% confident in this combo to withstand mortaring a round from the chamber, being dropped or thrown around…..actually I bet a M4 stock would give up before this set up.

Tube came with a real nice sling plate, some thread lock

The tube has a great feature of a socket to accommodate a torque wrench

If it doesn't live up to the task I'll report back here

I have been really impressed with Odin Works products thus far and I am sure this product is a winner too. Keep us updated.

Thanks for the review oli. I was wondering about odin works. Seen there stuff on other sites but not sure if they were good or not. I was leaning towards the phase 5 tube and sig brace kit for my pistol build. But gonna give odin a look now.

I'm going to try a rra pistol tube with a Shockwave blade pistol stabilizer combo on my 9mm upper. I will likely have to time and shim the tube and then drill a few cheater divot holes to seat the set screw to make sure it doesn't rotate or move with use. But I'm looking forward to trying it.

I assume you still like the sig?

Shockwave also has a specific pistol tube on amazon that does all of the work for you, but I already had an rra tube and I like them.

Do you often shoot it with your arm inside the stabilizer, or outside up against it?

The shockwave blade stabilizer is designed to let the inside of your forearm go alongside it on the outside to help that way.

Hope it gets here soon. I'm chomping at the bit wanting to do that little project.

I was able to do a little grinding on the RRA pistol tube a few minutes ago to get it timed so I can make a few divots so I can countersink the set screw on the blade stabilizer.

Something like that, unique hard to explain

I must've just gotten lucky. I pounded my SBX about 1/2 way down the tube the pistol came with and several hundred rounds later, it's never moved at all. I may or may not have shouldered my braced pistol once or twice - memory's a little fuzzy. Once the ATF opinion letter surfaced though, I immediately ceased even considering doing that as I AM a law abiding subject.
