I'm trying a new knife out today, I just received it.

I carry my knife in the left, it's usually clipped to my pocket, so this one will take some getting use to.

Actually, I received two, but I don't officially get the other one until March 19th.

Yes, made from files, the one on the bottom uses a file I have used for work for a few years, the top one was sourced from somewhere else.

Dan at www.DTKnives.com he is in Albuquerque, NM, I ran into him on another forum.
I was lucky enough to score the top one, he finished it and posted it to Facebook, they usually go quickly, I sent him my own file and gave Dan some ideas of what I wanted and we made the bottom one.

I forgot to mention, the file I sent Dan was 1/4" thick, it's a heavy bugger, the antler one is 3/8" thick.

Not lustworthy at all, but my truck knife is the rubber Kershaw stainless camping knife.
The blue one is a "bonus from Sports Afield". Nice and solid, stainless & very sharp, but Chinese made.
Anyhow, that's my bike knife.

Did you make the handles? I made some 1911 grips in a similar fashion.
