Taking a shot if this is the forum to post this, if it isn't feel free to move it.
So I'm strolling around Wally World this evening and went to the barren wasteland that is their firearms section and came upon a large box on the shelf that housed a Sentry safe. I took a look at the pictures and from what I would see it looked pretty neat. It boasted a "finger like" key pad and or a key to enter it. Was probably about 5ft tall and about 3 ft in diameter if I had to guess. The description on the box billed it as a home defense/tactical safe that a person could access in seconds and would "present" the firearm for quick use. The thing that jumped out at me about this one is the door was not set in one side, it used a corner and two sides and opened outward. Of course the sporting goods guy wouldnt let me take it out of the box to play with it and I wasn't about to spend 498.00 to see if I liked it. So thought I would see if anyone had got to play with one of these and their thoughts. I couldn't find a fire rating on the box either.
