    They're not the first actually.

Though they essentially told sdtactical to stop selling anything other than their muzzlebrakes I believe, but they were told to knock it off too.

As of today the ATF shut down our business of selling solvent traps. This is 99% of our income. They have put 3 Veterans, my wife and son out of work. They said I can't sell freeze plugs. NAPA can't even sell them to us because they are a suppressor part. They said all I can sell is complete suppressor's. That is what we do for now until I get some legal help to fight these vauge laws or opinions. The issue is NFA items. He said tubes and freeze plugs were suppressor parts. Would that mean if you have a shotgun and a hacksaw you have a sawed off shotgun? If you own a AR isn't that a potential SBR?
My plea for help is to make this Viral to the Trump admin, the Trump family and such. I have been put in the street over mindless opinions. I had talked to the ATF in the past and they had no issues. Today they shut us down. #Americandreamlost

So now that the ATF has this guy's computers and business records are they going to go out after all those people who bought illegal tubes and freeze plugs?

    Who knows?

Though this is the very exact reason why you don't make anything unless you have the correct and proper paperwork for it.

And at this time, NFA/ATF paperwork processing times are in excess of 9 months, which should be "criminal" in its' own right.

Unfortunately so much of the rules are based on "intent" when it comes to these types of things. Much of the time "intent" is kind of a grey area. Not everyone can afford to fight .gov even when in the right. They are another one of those agencies that has become to powerful. No body outside of congress should be able to make changes to "policy" that carry the force of law.

My forms were postmarked June 12, 2016 and still waiting....This post probably just sent me back to the bottom of the pile LOL

Then you'll likely get your forms back REALLY soon.

I was just looking at some other forums where they are getting forms back from early-mid June right now.

Granted that not all of the examiners have the same schedule. Some have a larger work load than others due to how they're assigned.

I'm not entirely certain how they're assigning work at this time, but in the past, they have been assigned in alphabetical order, and times they've been assigned by transfers to particular states based on average amount of applications, etc.

If I were you, I'd give 'em a call tomorrow to check on things. Have your serial number(s) handy.
