The 'main man' at Mossberg!!

I hope this acceptable in this forum?!!

I have a 930 JM Pro. I'm having some problems with cycling. The interrupter(?) has been polished but I'm a bit concerned re its dimensions and I'd like a replacement and spring.
Some months ago I had contact with a man at Mossberg on another matter and he was VERY helpful despite being 'across the pond'! May have been there international rep . He has been praised on here before.
I have lost his name and contact. Please can anyone help?

As you can see from my original post I have a problem with my JM Pro.

You should all know we have a huge friend at Maverick Arms.

I won't go into full details but suffice to say that Joseph Zakher at Maverick Arms sorted my parts request within 10 minutes or so which, over here I was told 'Oh! no, we won't get those bits for ages. The importers don't like ordering small bits! Oh! dear! Can't help I'm afraid'. And I live in the UK!!!

In his last email he asks to say 'Hello' to all on this forum.
