Trying to find an XL end cap - Nordics Components no longer stock!

So I've tried Nordics, Midway, Amazon and Ebay - trying to find any of the following - Nordics Ext Tube End Cap XL 12ga. or ideally a cap that adds 2.5in so I can bring the tube flush with the extended Chokes. Either that or Im looking for a new Ext Tube 34cm or 13.5in total length... Anyone know of any places?

I like these color coded chokes - great for people with ADHD like me but I'd love to flush everything up!
