I guess i should add "multi" to my list of calibers. ;-D
I am now set up to reload everything I shoot. (If you figure that I haven't shot the rimfires in a while )
I'll need some more supplies, but I have all the dies etc.
9mm is that way now, but 4 weeks ago it was hard to find here. 9mm lead too.
But I need the practice, So I decided, "why not"?
.22lr - Brno Model 2
.223Rem - CZ 527 American
.257 Roberts - Custom built FN Commercial with a 24" Lothar Walther Barrel
7x64 - Santa Barbara 98 actioned Voere (Becoming LR toy)
9.3x62 - FN Commercial with an express V sight, used from driven Boar
12g - 2x Browning 525, Browning BPS 28", Benelli Supernova (Birdshot, Buckshot and Slug)
I have firearms in the following calibers:
I shoot a lot of 22LR through my converted M4. I'd like to start reloading 12GA so I can shoot more. It's taken a long time to find a shotgun that doesn't kick too much. I physically can't take much recoil.
Then definately get an inexpensive press, and learn to make your own low-recoil loads.
It's easy and cheap.
I did these with a $50 Lee press.
Some have paint or marker on them because they are special loads.
.22lr, .380, 9mm, .243, 7.62 X 39, 30-30, 20 ga.
Ammo is plentiful in Oklahoma. It's our version of the fountain of youth.
.22 LR and .38
.410 and 20 gauge
22, 22mag, 380, 38 special, 9mm, 223, 5.56 and 12 gauge.
I'm trying to keep my list fairly small, as I reload everything I shoot.
