So one person, (probably gang related) was killed with a knife of this type.... lets ban them..!!!

So what were the other 213 deaths by, and are they going to be banned..??

Soon we won't be allowed kitchen knives, screwdrivers or pointy sticks...!!!!

The tool is irreverent to one that intends to commit violence.

The tool is relevant to those that wish to control the masses.

Put people in a straight jacked with a Hannibal Lecter mask and they will just kick you to death. The problem isn't the tools violent people use, it's the violent people themselves. Place accountability back on the individuals for their actions and the rest will kind of work itself out.
