PAINT WILL BE NEXT UP ON THE LIST.
GHOST RING SIGHTS AND RAIL WILL BE MOUNTED AS WELL. HAVE TO TAP THE HOLES FOR THE RAIL.

Heck yeah. I like that! Especially the gun. Make sure to post pics once ya paint.. Any ideas on what kinda paint you're gonna use? I'm kinda wanting to make my stock and forearm camo myself..

I'm thinking the same color scheme... but either a splatter art style (OD green w/ black splatter) or Tiger Stripes... what type if mount is that to the wall? Nice looking 500 so far, and the original picks were great too :)

All I keep hearing about is Duracoat. I have the original barrell that I will experiment with before I touch the gun.

Funny story on the mount.
I was looking for a way to Hang my guitars on the wall, that would be sturdy enough.

Wal-Mart had these U-SHAPED Thick Wood screw hangers. So I found a stud, started screwing, and here you go. My BASS is about 20lbs and hung on one for about a year. So I figured a shotgun would be no problem.

I can almost lift myself off the ground with it.

Sweet I'll have to look into that :)
