“New” 930 auto loader

EJayne

.22LR
Howdy folks. I just picked up a 930 auto-loader in fantastic condition.

However, I’m not loving the standard black stock and forend and want something different. The problem is I can’t find any aftermarket support for the 930.

Does anyone know where I can I find either the camo pattern or wood furniture for it?

Welcome Back! Congrats on the 930! :) One of the "issues" with the 930 is it has a "buffer" sticking out the back of the receiver which complicates aftermarket accessories. But it looks like Boyd's makes stocks although they can be pricey... Use their configurator to find something you like.

PS: and make sure you post pics of your 930 once you get the stock mounted... ;)

Outstanding. I’ve looked at Boyd’s in the past and love their work. It’s just hard to justify their cost.

I’m semi-tempted to repaint the stock and forend myself, however I’m also tempted to turn it into a “nicer” build.

Totally open to others’ opinions and options.

Aside from the silly table cloth, this is the latest Mossy I picked up. Looking for ideas on a build or if I should leave it alone.

Nice thing is that it came with a ported barrel and an elevated thumb safety so already we’re moving in the right direction

You can rattle can it to create a unique camouflage pattern. There are also some internal upgrades that can help you to turn it into a 930+ (almost a 940).
