250 years, what does the future hold ?

As we celebrate 250 years of our republic there are dark clouds on the horizon. Granted, the Democratic Socialist have only unseated incumbents in the Democrat party, but who knows where that will lead.

What are your thoughts?

I'd recommend people read Thomas Payne's Common Sense and apply it to "Today in America"

I think it will provide insights into our future and highlight some of the issues we face today. Lot of parallels between 1776 and 2026!

It may be for time some elder patriot marksmen past the prime of their lives to consider how they can best save the union. I'm not implying I or anyone here fits that description, mind you...

Consider if the loud bad apples responsible for the bad things happening in this country were to be "silenced". How might that affect the rest of the bad apples?

I have hope for this country as I remember it. For myself but especially my kids. But as long as the vote is illegitimate and favoring the devils who would destroy it, I don't believe it will get any better without "exorcism" of the devils. (ie: a purge)

The Democratic Socialists are guiding the Democrat Party. To their credit they have policy proposals while the old guard platform is they hate Trump. The old hippies that are still alive hated America in the 60s and hate America now. The public schools have indoctrinated 3 or 4 generations into believing the American way is bad.

IMO We will once again see the great masses saved, somehow, by the very few.

Well what a shitty night I had.

At least I didn’t wake up dead. I went to sleep at 8 o’clock and woke up at 2 AM drenched in sweat.

I’m waiting for the results of my blood tests to come back. I might have West Nile virus or some something like that.

There have been other symptoms that I didn’t describe.
