I saw that. What I gathered is the the original DDI plant will still make high quality customs, but production guns will come from PSA. They will be using PSA'S cold hammer forged barrels now though.
I have an AK as well. It's a Norinco Mak 90. I don't have any pics of it right now as I have it in pieces! In the mean time here is an SKS M and an SKS sporter that take AK mags. These are commercial made variants.
Sks M
It takes AK mags
Today 3-13-17 I received from Canada the Pearce Armoury m4 tapco t6 stock adapter that I ordered on 2-27-17. It appears to be made from carbon fiber. I did a test fit and a milspec 7075 aluminum tube fit fine. It will work good on my truck sks m that takes AK mags.
I'll be changing out the hand guard with a ramline ventilated polymer one! I will also be running a magwedge quick rail for an optic mount and probably a Nikon p300 scope so I can deer and pig hunt with this. Interesting fact is I bought this stock off eBay and the previous owner had already had it professionally bedded!
SKS Sporter that takes ak mags. I have since taken the foregrip and picatinny rail it sits on off. Also, I have replaced the tapco butt stock with a magpul ctr milspec stock. At present I have an AK fighter break from AK operators union and another cheese grater hand guard off being painted the color of the stock.

Since photobucket has screwed a lot of the pictures, I am going to start an AK and variant part 2 and will lock this thread. If anyone would like to share your 47's, 74's, or any other model, we all would love to see them.
Here's the new topic. This thread has so much good stuff in it, there's now way that it's going to be deleted. It's just painful to scroll through so many pages of dead pictures.
