This wasn't too very far from me. 2 counties over, and while we do get an occasional low flying military aircraft fly over, nothing like this.

And certainly not accompanying an Emergency Alert System warning to "prepare for action".

Funny, just seen a news blurb about a bunch of people in the Indy area getting phone call alerts, at 4 in the morning, was ruled human error, by a third party testing/consulting company. No helicopters that I'm aware of though.

This was in the news a few days ago. Apparently part of some nationwide exercise going on this week.
