I carried #4 buck for a while till I was able to find #1 buck which is now in my mossy. But for sure, either would be adequate in a house unless your house is a 100 yards inside.

not sure why though because they`re pretty

I recently discovered the 1250fps Fiocchi Defense Dynamics 9-pellet #1 buck load (true .30 #1 buck, I measured the pellets myself), can be had for as little as .50cpr shipped. I call it the 'poor man's Flite Control', here it is at 20yds using a Modified choke:
