Take a look at the S&W Bodyguard .38. We looked at one at Scheel's and the second my wife picked it up she said "It felt like it belonged in her hand." I'm sure the built in laser was a bonus for her, since she likes shiny things and what not.

or try one of these...

my wife carries either of them. She prefers the LC9, easier to handle - especially the recoil. ;)

Just passed my CCW Wednesday...dropped everything off Thursday, so about two days ago...permit gets mailed, so hopefully i get it within a month or six weeks :)

Thinking about buying an IWB holster that I can use for OC until my CCW comes in and then I just drop the shirt over it lol

I use the Remora no clip with a Glock 19.

The Remora is the most comfortable holster I've used.

How is the holster for staying put in your pocket when you pull the pistol?
How is it for keeping the pistol in place and not in the bottom of your pocket upsidedown?

I use it IWB and it stays just fine, in fact I can’t get it out without unbuckling.

oh, i thought it was a pocket holster.

It does look like a pocket holster, no clip. It’s a great holster, very comfortable and because there is no clip you can pretty much put it anywhere or angle on your waist. I use crass draw mostly.

There are plenty of reviews on the either at their site or just with a search.

I have carried a G26 in a Remora for a few months now.
Even with shorts and a t-shirt, there is little to no printing.
Very comfortable.
Great holster for $25.
Here is another in the no-clip category.

Lots of good videos out there on both products.

West Woods Landing holsters

Anyone have any experience with these holsters? They are one of the few manufacturers that make a model for my 809, and they make a wide variety of holsters.

Plus, they are made in CO, so I might have to just venture down there and check out their operation.

This is a first for me, never heard of 'em.

They look interesting though. Prices look good for leather, but REALLY high for nylon. Might be worth a look especially if they're made in your area. Always good to support local businesses.

Re: West Woods Landing holsters

Cheap for leather huh? Well I might just have to check them out. Their reviews are quite good.

Well I guess when you look at similar models, they're leather is priced right in there with Bianchi, Galco, G&G, and a lot of other brands. Their prices on nylon is what's throwing me off.

If you do visit their store, take a camera and post a review. Then tell them for a discount, you will spread the word on their products !!

Might just work out... ;)

It's an Uncle Mike's Sidekick.

I've got one I used for a while to carry my full-sized 1911. It was a great holster.

^^^ +1 on the Uncle Mike's, a buddy of mine swears by them for carrying his 1911, PT945, and P220. All of which fit in the same holster.
