dummy filler screw size?

i bunged up one of the screws that go in the scope base holes receiver for my night stick. any idea where i can get one for less than 9.00 shipping? also would these be considered black or blued when i do find it? thanks

Are they those tiny screws that take the flat tip screwdriver? They have some red sealer on them?
