silver solder comes in a few flavors.

The "weakest" is the 600*, and the better (gun grade) is around 1100*.

The baking process is no more than 350*.

It shouldn't hurt it.

Provided whoever did the work used the right stuff.

For $200, I would expect they knew what they were doing and knew what to use. If not, they'd be doing it over again, the right way anyway.

Good point. So I will look into the cerahide in stainless BTM for the reciever, barrel, and magazine tube. I think with black furniture on there it will look awesome.

Looking into these people doing cerahide. I have heard great things about them. I just do not like the 6-8 week turn around time.
