Good morning and welcome December. 31 and cloudy. We had light rain very early this morning. The ground is still warm and it didn’t freeze except for some over passes and bridges.
 
If it wasn't for AI we would never know about that furry war hero. I can't bear it. ;)

First snow in the KC Metro today - 4-5" so far. People have to learn how to drive all over again. It also reminds me of how much I completely hate winter. The spouse won't move, so we're stuck
 
Good morning. Clear skies, no wind, and 26 degrees. Today we should get up near 50, much better than yesterday. Marilyn and I each have doctor appointments this afternoon. Fortunately they are at the same location, but an hour apart. Anyways, that will consume the afternoon, for lack of a better word.

It’s a foggy day here guys and I am out putting some water on my trees.

Christmas here is not just a holiday or a celebration, but it is also a process. It starts on December 1 when I climb up in the attic and get down Christmas.

I know better than to delay even one day in this matter because my wife will be sure to mention it to me as if I have completely forgotten what happens in the month of December every single year of my life.

She has an amazing collection of Christmas knickknacks, including replacement glass for her little brass lamp.

But the decorating truly started yesterday with the hanging of various gay guys.

That’s what the iPhone thought that I said and it was so funny I thought I’d just leave it there, but what I said was geegaws.
