Goose loads

I am looking for a good goose load, but don't really know where to start. I don't really want to mess with the Hevi-Shot and Tungsten loads as they are cost prohibitive for me. (I am not a very good wing shot yet. )
These are the loads I have on hand, but they may be better suited to ducks.
3 1/2" Winchester Black Cloud 1 1/2 oz. of BB shot @ 1550 fps
3 1/2" Winchester Drylok 1 9/16 oz. of BBB shot @ 1330 fps
3 1/2" Winchester XPert Hi-Velocity 1 3/8 oz. of BB @ 1550 fps
I don't know much about proper shot size for geese. I have hunted geese, but without much success.
I feel that because of the lack of power the steel loads pack vs. the lead, larger shot would be better at higher velocities.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: RE: Goose loads

3 1/2" BB is good imo but you might wanna get some #2's or #1's in case they're coming in close. I used T shot when I started out but there's not enough payload to hit anything unless you score a "golden BB" shot
