The thread title says it all. I'm working from my phone and will post a link tonight. It has zero chance of getting anywhere but at least they are finally honest about their end game.

Here is the text of the resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the Thirtieth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2019, the House of Representatives concurring, that the United States Congress is urged to propose and adopt a proposed amendment to the United States Constitution pursuant to article V of the United States Constitution to clarify the constitutional right to bear arms; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the United States Congress is requested to consider and discuss whether the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution should be repealed or amended to clarify that the right to bear arms is a collective, rather than individual, constitutional right; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Concurrent Resolution be transmitted to the President Pro Tempore of the United States Senate, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Members of the Hawaii congressional delegation, and the Governor.

Every right in the Bill Of Rights is an individual right. None of them are collective rights. People that want collective rights are an enemy.

Hawaii has been on a leftists binge for years.

They've tried several times to become their own independent nation again a few different times.

Only reason the US keeps them is for warm climate vacations and their proximity to the oriental countries.

And they probably have enough sense to know that if they let them out of the country, there would be several more states lined up as well and if you didn't learn anything from the Civil war, the government never likes to relinquish its' control of anything.

Good for them. They will be the easiest state to cut off.

Not according to Occasional Cortex. You'll still have to block the rail road tracks.

LOL . . . Stupid Hawaiians!

If THEY had had guns, they could still be independent.

Because they didn't, they were subjugated.

They're just lucky it was the Brits and not the Japanese.

Hell, just repeal the whole damn thing
[wtf]
Can we just split up into Liberal States and Conservative States ?
Just get rid of the "United" States.
Democrats can go live in Liberal States.
Draw up their own Constitution.
Write their own Laws.
Kill babies, ban Guns, adopt full-blown Socialism, etc...
Republicans can Draw up their own Constitution.
Write their own Laws.
Outlaw abortions, Bear Arms, apply full-on Capitalism, etc...
If you HAVE to move from your home state, at least you can go live where you feel best suits your "principles".
