10 years ago…wow. I was up at the folks’ place last weekend and made my dad dig it out. I’m taking it shooting this Sunday and thought I would get a couple of shots of it to share. I did everything but the soldering of the receiver legs, bolt lug and handle. Didn’t do the head spacing either. Set up on the Bridgeport end mill for the barrel was tough but we had a good journeymen machinist who helped. Got the barrel close then spent about 3 weeks hand filing down with fine and finer files to get the nice sharp edges. I also added an inch and a half to the length over the standard barrel we offered….anyway thought I would share because I’m kind of proud of it and its a one off, we didnt sell these.
