Maverick 88 Pump Action Mag Tubes/Springs

Maybe because I have a Maverick they didn't use any Loctite. When putting in a new mag follower, I was able to twist it off with no effort, did add blue Loctite when I reinserted lt in the frame.

just watch the "gap" when you install the mag tube.

Got it, thanks oli. I love this gun in so many ways. You'd have a hard time believing that I bought it as a replacement when I sold all of my Saigas.
Not me. This gun is super high value gun to have.

I realize this is an old post, but I noticed mine has that same gap when I reinstalled the barrel. I can’t get the barrel in any further nor can I tighten the mag tube cap any more so as to close the gap. How do I fix that?
